Roll Smarter. Move Better. Foam rolling is more than a warm-up trend — it’s a science-backed corrective exercise tool for improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and restoring high-quality movement.
Foam rolling (self-myofascial rolling) is a foundational technique in Corrective Exercise. This mini-course builds an evidence-based understanding of how and why myofascial rolling works—from the Cumulative Injury Cycle to mechanical and neurophysiological effects—and shows how to program rolling safely and effectively in practice.
- Understand myofascia, adhesions, and relative flexibility
- Explain local mechanical and global neurophysiological effects
- Apply programming variables: tools, pressure, duration, frequency, sequencing
- Integrate rolling with stretching and activation inside a Corrective Exercise flow
