Requirements & Accreditation
The Physical IQ National Certificate in Fitness is accredited by the Department of Education and CATHSSETA. Physical IQ courses are accredited with REPSSA (the governing body for fitness in SA) and are recognised by all major gyms, both locally and abroad.
You will also have the option to register for certification from NASM, gaining the only internationally-recognised and locally-accredited qualification in South Africa!
The Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) is a registered body that is owned by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the most respected fitness institution in the world. NASM is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, USA.
